Evaluate the usefulness of the APACHE II (Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II), RTS (Revised trauma score), GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale) scores and various variables as age, sex, lab.data and complications in predicting mortality of patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the intensive care unit (ICU).

📋 Eligibility rules (as published)
Inclusion Criteria: * All patients with acute traumatic brain injury older than 16 years where presented in emergency department within 24 hours of trauma with a Glasgow coma scale less than 15 Exclusion Criteria: * o Post cardiac arrest * Patients with GCS=3. * Patients with associated advanced cervical spine, maxillofacial, severe chest trauma. * Patients with previous neurological disorders
