📋 Eligibility rules (as published)
Inclusion Criteria: * at least 18 years old * between 1 and 12 months postpartum * with postpartum depression symptoms (The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score above 9 or a Patient Health Questionnaire-9 score above 9) * access to a computer or smartphone with internet connection * Romanian speaking. Exclusion Criteria: * psychotic elements * suicidal ideation * bipolar disorder * substance abuse * current psychological treatment for depression
